New Organizational Training Support - Meet Laura and Darlene
When was the last time you attended a training session and felt excited to be there? I've lost count of how many times I have had to sit through training after training, whether for compliance or self interest and wondered how I would deliver it differently. It's not an easy task in the adult education world. I recall the days of teaching at one of Canada's largest colleges on "Purchasing and Supply Chain Management" for an audience, often times with less than 2% of those attending who had some related background.
I'd like to introduce Darlene Marino from Procurement Management Services Inc. and I who connected a few years ago. We were on the same path of creating training experiences and content that could really relate and engage our audience.
Take a read in the Meet the Team for a little bit of our backgrounds and hope you'll see why we hold the desire for helping others in the supply chain and procurement arenas in a practical approach.
Levelling Up a Procurement Team

At LC Business Innovations and Procurement Management Services Inc., we thrive on working with organizations of all sizes, particularly small to mid-sized government agencies, NFPs, and suppliers in supporting and designing their team's competency roadmap and developing the tools and training to level up!
I encourage you to take a read of the recent case study.
