About Laura Cocuzzi

As a woman-owned business with a specialization in supporting supply chain and project needs for organizations, Laura continues to be in service to her community through areas she can influence the most. Working directly for Canadian public sector and not-for-profit organizations for over 20 years, she sought several leadership opportunities, targeting both the operational and strategic challenges to help create lasting impacts and efficiencies for communities around her.

Laura’s experience in stakeholder collaboration and development, team leadership, mentorship and building sustainability and diversity into organizational initiatives crosses into supporting the next generation of industry professionals.

At National Institute of Supply Chain Leaders (formerly Supply Chain Management Association Ontario, SCMAO), Laura held the positions of Board Vice Chair, Chair, and Vice-Chair of the Membership Engagement and Finance & Audit Committees. She also served on the Campus Council at the University of Toronto Mississauga and the Advisory Committees at Humber College and the University of Toronto. She is also an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Laura has spoken about corporate social responsibility at Circular Innovation Council (formerly the Recycling Council of Ontario) and on government procurement at Supply Chain Management Association conferences in Ontario and Nationally. She also speaks regularly at Humber College and the University of Toronto.

As a wellness business owner, she has trained and practices holistic approaches to living in alignment and helping others reach through their own goals and passions.
